EXPERIENCE
Before working in real estate, Karl had six years experience with a consulting firm that helped him learn about and think in terms of systems and processes. Over the past several years, he's helped hundreds of clients buy, sell, or build a home and helped train agents on and develop systems and processes with two of the most top-producing real estate teams in Rochester. His personality type is results-driven. He prioritize goal setting, and hard work to achieve, or exceed those goals.
ABOUT
Karl was born in Rochester and has spent increments of time living in Boston, Chicago, Waterloo, Belgium, St. Cloud, and eventually returned to Rochester after college. He and his wife Kristin have three beautiful daughters.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
What he loves is that each client and home buying / selling experience is specific and unique to them, and Karl calls it their own story. So what he really loves about real estate is helping people write their own story and feels it's a great honor and pleasure to be trusted to help throughout.
FUN FACT
Living in Europe for his middle school years was one of the most valuable experiences of Karl's life. One of his favorite experiences was while on a trip for a baseball tournament: getting to ride an Arabian horse, in a full gallop, around the pyramids in Egypt. His motto growing up playing baseball was "swing hard in case you hit it," and he thinks that's a good representation of how he likes to live and pursue ambitions.
