ABOUT
Chad is from Princeton, a small town north of the Twin Cities. He and his wife moved to Rochester in 2005 for work, and they have two really cool kids.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
Chad and his wife bought their first rental property in May 2011, and they've been buying and selling houses ever since. They enjoy fixing and remodeling houses, and in the process, helping other families find their dream home.
FUN FACT
Chad is third in state for welding, and he played hockey for 18 years. He loves to spend his free time with family.
