EXPERIENCE
When Todd was in real estate before, he primarily did open houses for the team that worked with clients that were flipping duplexes and fourplexes or converting apartments into condos. Prior to getting into real estate, besides doing comedy, Todd had jobs as a waiter, bartender, restaurant manager, and car salesman. He is very customer service-focused with a strong ability to develop rapport with anyone that he meets.
ABOUT
Todd was born in St. Paul and was raised in Woodbury. Before moving to Rochester, he lived in Minneapolis and South St. Paul for many years, where he met his wife who he's been with for 27 years. They also have two boys – a teenager and a 10-year-old, and a dog named Charlie.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
He was involved in real estate 15 years ago up in the Twin Cities with his wife and loved it. He worked for her team! Now that he's living in (and loving) Rochester, he wants to take his love for real estate and houses to the next level and start helping people find and sell their house.
FUN FACT
He was an actor/comedian for 15 years, travelling with a comedy troupe and playing many venues throughout the United States. He was also in TV commercials. Todd still gets together with the old troupe to do a show every once in a while, so you can definitely say that comedy is an interest. He spends most of his time nowadays playing with his kids. Pickleball is fantastic fun. Finally, Todd also likes fixing things.
