Miguel Aguilera:

EXPERIENCE
Miguel's going on his fourth year in the business, but this is the first year he'll be able to focus more time to it. He and his fiancée opened a restaurant (Hidden Pines Bar & Grill) in 2021 in Mantorville at the Zumbro Valley Golf Course. Now that they've had some time under their belt with that business, their schedules are way more flexible.
In the restaurant business, just like real estate, it's all about the people. At Hidden Pines, they focus on the service and quality of food (their top two focuses). Here at Dwell, Miguel's going to focus on service and quality of everyone's experience no matter the circumstances.
ABOUT
Miguel was born in Mexico and moved to Rochester when he was three years old. He's lived all over Rochester throughout his life and graduated from John Marshall High School.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
He got into real estate because from a young age. He knew he wanted to work with people. He likes the challenges that come with the business, as well as building relationships with everyone he meets.
FUN FACT
Huge sports guy! Basketball, football, and soccer are his favorite sports. He'll play anyone in one-on-one basketball. 🏀 Miguel is very competitive when it comes to certain things. He also enjoys spending time with his family (mom, dad, and three brothers) and friends whenever he gets the chance. He's really into podcasts, especially when they have to do with real estate or anything business.
