While he was born and raised in Rochester, Juan lived in Duluth for a year and a half during college (where he received a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Minnesota), then lived in the Twin Cities for three years before ultimately moving back to Rochester, where he lives today with his fiancé Alicia and their toy Bernedoodle Nova.

WHY REAL ESTATE?

In college, Juan focused a lot on economic inequalities, and he found that homeownership is such an important aspect of a person's overall wealth.

Juan likes to spend time outdoors enjoying wildlife, spending time with his family and friends, and playing board games.
