EXPERIENCE
I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience of helping short-term visitors and guests in Rochester with our Airbnb homes. I’ve loved renovating our own home and then additionally being able to work with local contractors and designers to flip homes. I am also excited to see the influence from my years of travel and diverse working background to finding the perfect home for each unique circumstance.
ABOUT
Born and raised in Austin, TX Katherine moved to Minnesota during her childhood before heading overseas after graduation. After living in Australia, different parts of Europe, then Florida, she and her husband returned to Rochester. Even with two sons, a 3 year old and 18 month old, they still embark on road trips and long-haul flights.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
Starting with temporary rental properties, I wanted to become a realtor to continue helping individuals and families find what they need for their specific life stage.
FUN FACT
Drinking coffee, connecting with women business owners and attending Pure Barre and trying new workout challenges are her favorite hobbies outside of spending time with her family.
