Dave holds a degree in Business Development, and in addition to real estate, he owns two other companies – Lake City Boat Club & Rentals and RV Camper Share – which keeps him very involved with the community! He's constantly on the go and lives by this statement: If you want something done, ask the busiest person to get it done!

He loves working with people and helping them achieve their dreams and their next chapter in life. He has found that to be true in the memories that are made at home or place of business, so that can apply to residential or commercial real estate!
FUN FACT
Dave loves anything extreme! Boating, sports, motocross, hunting, fishing, just about anything outdoors – and most of all, sharing those experiences with his beautiful wife Marti and their four kids.
