BRETT BOESE: REALTOR
EXPERIENCE
No matter the goal, I'm able to help clients by talking them through the finer details of a transaction — because I've done it all myself. From simply buying and selling, to house hacking and short-term rentals, to wholesaling and flipping, my personal experience allows me to share real-life examples that help minimize the risks and maximize the rewards in real estate.
ABOUT
I was born at Fort Knox when my dad was in the military, but we moved to Rochester when I was a baby; it's been home ever since. I'm a graduate of Mayo High School and Gustavus Adolphus College, after graduation I worked as a journalist for nearly 15 years. My wife, Maisa is a public health nurse for Olmsted County, and we have two kids.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
I got into real estate as an investor back in 2007 and started managing short-term rentals in 2015. I decided to become a full-time Realtor in 2018 because I love the variety and endless opportunity. Every day is different and I enjoy meeting new people
FUN FACT
In college, I studied History, Philosophy and Religion, while also playing football and basketball, so now I enjoy spending my time at the gym and watching sports, as much as I love nerding out with a good book.
