BRETT BOESE: REALTOR
EXPERIENCE
No matter the goal, Brett is able to help clients by talking them through the finer details of a transaction — because he's done it all himself. From simply buying and selling, to house hacking and short-term rentals, to wholesaling and flipping, his personal experience allows him to share real-life examples that help minimize the risks and maximize the rewards in real estate.
ABOUT
He was born at Fort Knox when his dad was in the military, but they moved to Rochester when Brett was a baby, and it's been home ever since. He's a graduate of Mayo High School and Gustavus Adolphus College; after graduation, Brett worked as a journalist for nearly 15 years. His wife Maisa is a public health nurse for Olmsted County, and they have three kids.
WHY REAL ESTATE?
He got into real estate as an investor back in 2007 and started managing short-term rentals in 2015. He decided to become a full-time realtor in 2018 because he loves the variety and endless opportunity. Every day is different, and he enjoys meeting new people
FUN FACT
In college, Brett studied History, Philosophy and Religion while also playing football and basketball, so now he enjoys spending his time at the gym and watching sports, as much as he loves nerding out with a good book.
