His experience as a project manager, operational leader, and engineer helps him lead and adapt smoothly. Running his own business has taught him to be creative and resilient. ABOUT

He was born in Leavenworth, KS and raised in the Lake of the Ozarks, MO and Gold Canyon, AZ. He has also lived in Ireland, Israel, Singapore, and Cambodia. Ben has an AAS in Computer and Electronics Technology from DeVry University, a BS in Technical Management from DeVry University, and an MBA from the University of Louisana-Lafayette.

Ben and his significant other, Grace, live together in Rochester. His mom and her side of hte family live in central Missouri, while his dad, stepmom, sister, niece, and nephew live in Arizona. He has a brother that just moved to northern Minnesota with his wife. He considers himself fortunate and grateful to be in close contact with his group of childhood friends that are like his brothers who live in Arizona, Oregon, Minnesota, and Louisiana.

WHY REAL ESTATE?

Ben's journey into real estate was driven by a desire for greater control over his schedule and the opportunity to build his own business. He wanted a career that offered flexibility and the chance to work independently, free from the constraints of large corporations. Real estate provides that unique blend of independence and entrepreneurial spirit that he was looking for.

However, while these personal motivations set Ben on this path, his approach to real estate is deeply rooted in a commitment to helping others. He believes that by focusing on providing exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor, he can make a positive impact on his clients' lives. His goal is to guide them through the complexities of real estate transactions with expertise and care, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

In the long run, Ben is confident that this client-centric approach not only makes the process more enjoyable and less stressful for his clients but also builds lasting relationships and a reputation for reliability and trust. FUN FACT

Before diving into the real estate industry, Ben owned and operated a hotel, bar, and brewery in Cambodia, which was an incredible adventure that taught him a lot about hospitality and customer service. He has a deep passion for travel, relishing the thrill of exploring new places for the first time, meeting people from diverse cultures, and learning from their unique perspectives. His travels are often culinary adventures, as he loves trying an abundance of new and exciting food dishes wherever he goes. When he's not working, you'll find Ben on the golf course, hitting the gym, or practicing archery—activities that help him stay active and focused.
